Tropical Fish

Hello and welcome to the Tropical Fish Room! We are all so excited that you and your child will be joining our classroom family. We hope that this information helps you, but more importantly, helps your child, with the transition to our classroom

The Tropical Fish classroom is a pre-school classroom. The objectives for this classroom are to support and encourage self-esteem and independence through age-appropriate play and a challenging curriculum. The curriculum of the Tropical Fish classroom is to explore topics that interest the children while incorporating the Massachusetts guidelines set by the EEC.  Typical areas of study are the solar system, dinosaurs and transportation.  Since the children are invested in the topic, they are inclined to try new things such as letter and number concepts in the safe environment of the classroom.  Our classroom goal is to provide a supportive, independent and self-esteem building atmosphere while taking into account the variety of learning styles.

In the following pages, you will find a list of items that your child will need for school. You will also find a quick walk through of our daily activities.

Again, Welcome to our classroom. We are honored that you chose us to be a part of you family’s life!
